Your service record only shows you finished all the missions on Heroic…might want to check back and see if you’re missing a mission or two. Sometimes they don’t register and you have to replay one. I had to do that for “Shutdown”.

I think, maybe the problems is that you have to play it alone to unlock it. Keep your mission, you will earn it.
