I suck at games, please help me with halo 4 legendary.

When fighting covenant the plasma pistol should be your best friend. overcharge blast to remove an elites shield then quick switch to magnum, br or dmr for the head shot. legendary elite dead in two shots.
That’s the game in a nutshell. Don’t drop the PP for anything and you’ll move pretty quickly through the game.

Always fight from a range (unless you have a powerful close-range weapon) and never put yourself in melee distance, you’ll die in seconds (especially when fighting Knights). Also remember that you don’t have to kill everything in your way, you can also dodge them. And try to have a really powerful weapon (Fuel Rod, Incineration Cannon, Sniper) at all times, as they help so much if you use them right.
Always try to keep the pressure up when fighting Knights, as their shields recharge extremely quickly and can do so while in the middle of teleporting. Remember, a single hit on a target with no shields will give you a few more seconds to work with.
Also, prioritise your targets. With the Prometheans, always kill the Watchers first. If you don’t, the battle will be exponentially more difficult, then pop the Crawlers, allowing you to hit the Knights without worrying about being flanked or overwhelmed.
For the Covies, I generally target Needlers first (as 7 impacts makes you go boom) then thin out the Grunts and Jackals before going after the Elites. Generally speaking, you’ll have an easier time with the Covenant due to the Plasma Pistol.
