I know 343 Industries said there would be no Legendary Edition for Halo 4, but i came across this.

Interesting. I’m leaning more towards the side of it being either fake or a store-exclusive bundle.
I would say its a fake,because 343 hasn’t announced a Legendary Edition For Halo 4,Watch-out.

Yup, most likely a store bundle.
I heard it was something to do with the Italian Halo players were really angry about there not being a legendary edition so Italian Microsoft decided to make one.

Think its just mistake if you go further down the page it has image of Limited edition but titled it legendary

Meh, I’ll still be getting the limited edition.
The fact that the Mark 6 armour can be unlocked by completing the campaign on legendary just makes all exclusive armours useless to me.
Think of it this way OP:
Why would MS NOT announce a collectors item like this until now?
Also: why would such an edition contain the Encyclopedia which has been out for years now?
I hope that is fake because I just want the 100 dollar Limited Edition, not a 150 dollar Legendary Edition.

That’s a fake. They wouldn’t announce a legendary edition this close to release, or at least I don’t think they would. It would have been announced whenever we had first heard of Limited Edition, and I think that was back in May, so…

Wait just a sec, 343i said there will be no legendary edition but u come across a website that says there’s gonna be one and you don’t know who to believe, the people that make the game or a 3rd party site…
Considering i purchased the Halo Reach Legendary Edition and it was well worth it, i would probably have bought this one too. Although 120+ dollars is a little steep for a game.
The edition is store exclusive and was made by the Italian retailer Multiplayer in collaboration with Microsoft Italy. It is not a real Legendary Edition. As you can see it is only a few Halo products mixed together. You can even buy all the stuff online or at Toys’r’us etc. None exclusive stuff except for the artbook which may be just a preview of Awakening and the numbered certificate.
