I have completed halo 4 on legendary I have the achievement but levels 4 and 5 are not completed WTF, i can not email 343 because they are -Yoinks!- there is no contacts i love the game but i am not going through that again to get it completed it should have come round first time through. would anyone know why its happen like this ???

343 wouldn’t do anything anyway. For your stats to record on your service record you must have played the mission entirely whilst connected to live. I had to complete infinity a second time because of the same problem - connection issue during the mission or something, didnt notice it whilst playing but thats what it was.

You would have had to complete them online to unlock the commendations and service record stats… I know this because it happened to me. I had to complete Reclaimer, Midnight and Shutdown all over again :{
