Are you a fan of Halo 4?

MIG (Mentally Insane Gamers) is looking to expand into Halo 4, we lack the staff to move in immediately. So we are looking for People that want to start off as a leader in our gaming community. If you are interested, please contact MIG ANTHRAX XI on xbl.

We are still looking for anyone that wants to be a Leader in our Community for our Expansion into Halo 4.

Just so you have an image of where you would be making your entrance into MIG as a Leader.

Our Community Structure looks like this:

Districts (Run by District Commanders)
Brigades (Run by Brigade Commanders)
Battalions (Run by Battalion Generals)
Companies (Run by Majors)

You would be a Major First, and as the Halo 4 Company Grows, you would become a Battalion General, and run a Halo 4 Battalion.

What duties would be involved with said position? I might possibly be interested.

Well to start off you would be a Major:

MAJOR
A Major is in charge of a Company within a Battalion. A Company roster is typically 14 members, not including recruits.

Major’s Responsibilities:
Majors insure the well being of their company members.
Must make sure that all Company members know how to find stuff on the site and assist where needed.
Makes sure everyone within the Company is aware and understands The Code, Rank Structure and the IG Laws.

and as you progress the next rank would be:

BATTALION GENERAL
A Battalion General is in command of a Battalion within a Brigade. Having achieved the rank of Battalion General, a Battalion General will have numerous responsibilities within the Battalion to fulfill. Overseeing a Battalion, typically housing 1-6 companies of 20-84 members. A Battalion General is eligible for promotion after a Battalion splits. However, a promotion is not guaranteed.

Battalion General’s Responsibilities:
Battalion General must make sure that all members are registered on the website.
Updates Battalion List, a list of members, weekly.
Ensures that Majors keep their Companies successful and improving.
A Battalion General has the power to promote/demote the ranks of Major and below.
