No, that’s not what she said at all, she just said the LE comes with the armor AND the skin, not that its LE exclusive.

Still a little thrown off that we’re technically recruits and that’s the armor they’re given, yet we won’t wear it.

It should be exclusive it’s only an extra 40 bucks.
Recruit armor is not an LE exclusive. LE gets the Recruit Prime skin. You get the base Recruit armor the first time you enter Infinity and your Spartan is created.
