I picked up my H4 Limited edition and when I tried redeeming my code it said it had been already redeemed. Kind of a bummer seeming as that’s $25 on the market place I’d rather not pay for again. Would anybody happen to have a number or something I could call to get a new code? I also have already called my GameStop I picked it up from and Xbox support, both telling me it was either a packaging issue or not their problem so they referred me to call them.

Dang, both xbox AND gamestop turned you away? Thats harsh…that was the suggestion I was gonna make too 
Well idk if you could do this but if they are still unwilling to help you…sue? (you purchased an item in which they are now refusing to give you, in the case that an unjust action was unfortunately directed toward you)

If there’s a place to call, it would definitely be Microsoft. Even though you’ve tried already, it wouldn’t hurt to try again, since they’re pretty much the only ones that can help you.
