The Orange guy is probably Commander Palmer since she wears the Scout Helmet and is a Spartan IV.

Purple guy to me is the Didact i believe he could have the power to pull people through doors he is a forerunner after all/

I also second this questioning. Since when? I follow Halo 4 pretty intensely and I haven’t heard that before.

That’s Commander Lasky, the guy in the screenshot is the same person.
