so will you be able to change the language , or will it be local language only? like the -Yoink- dashboard update a few days ago? i seriously dislike my own language (dutch) ingame or anywhere else that has to do with computers/games. and it really wastes the game for me 
It all depends of the language on the disc, you won’t be able to change it.

The audio will be in Dutch no matter what, but there’ll be subtitles in most languages (depending on the language set in the console).
There’s no difference between the Standard and the Limited Ed.
From what I see and hear in the gameplay of this awful review. It looks like the audio will remain english.
I don’t know about Dutch version but in Russian SE the audio is Russian. LE’s audio is English. Both editions have multiple subtitles depending on dashboard locale/language.
I have the same problem. Does anyone know if language in Multiplayer will change to english after installation on HDD english version of game ?
EDIT: nope, installation the english version on HDD does not change language
