Hey everyone. So I decided to download the King of the Hill app to get the Locust Helmet. I have been playing the game normally for the past week but since last night, I am able to get the medal “Hail to the King” without controlling the hill. I’m not sure why this is happening, and I don’t really mind it at all (it’s actually kind of nice), I’m just wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them.

It’s an app you can download on your smart phone and you have to control a hill at 7/11 stores. Each round last an hour and you have to attack and defend the hills. If you control the hill at the end of the round, you get a “Hail to the King” medal. If you get 100 of them, you get the Locust Helmet.
Wait, wait…let me get this right. You stand around in a private store for a hour, with the possibility that you could be arrested for loitering, or get shot by the store owner who thinks you are casing the joint to rob it. All for a crappy bit of digital code that gives a crap hat in a game that has absolutely no use?
Did I miss something or has the gaming populace lost the plot?
thats cool, i just searched for it on my ipod touch. its not there. its the 4th gen i think. does it only work on iphones and ipads?

You can also attack from far away. That’s what I do. Better than wasting my time driving to one of those stores

If you just do a search on king of the hill it should come up. Otherwise, I’m not sure what to tell you.
I have had the same thing. I was like WTF this is awesome. I don’t know why it happens though
The app ended the 31st. You have a month to redeem the current codes, but you can’t get any new ones. It explains everything on the loading screen.
