halo 4 kill cam messed up

why is halo 4’s kill cam so messed up? they should fix it or remove it completely…

I have a theory that the kill cam registers the current right thumbstick as you watch the killcam while it also tries to show you what happened before you died. Although I think it’s completely wrong.

Either way, I don’t think it’s getting fixed anytime soon, it’s been broken since launch so there’s little chance that they’re fixing it this late in. They even tried last kill cam, but that too went.

You’re right, they are very buggy. I thought they would be a cool new addition to the series but the way kill cams were integrated just takes away from the multiplayer experience IMO. Most players don’t even remember which playlists and gametypes feature the cams.

If 343i decides to keep these cams in the next titles, I hope they are either fixed or become an optional feature.

Often times, and usually playing SWAT, I’ll fire a round at a Spartan and, in my eye, it’ll be a clear miss, yet they drop dead. Then I go watch it in theater and in slow mo as I fire, the reticle is roughly an entire meter from the Spartans head, at close range, yet it registers.
I know the kill cams are completely jacked. I only watch them for a rough approximation as to what happened; I can connect the dots … but sometimes I wonder if the bullet-magnetism and whatnot is/are a little screwy.
