This is going to be constructive and a thought provoking thread.
I personally think Halo strayed too far from the original formula that made it successful. They added in many other game play elements from other franchises that simply don’t fit the mold for Halo and ruin matchmaking.
Now I know that there are tons of you here that love Halo 4 and others that don’t care for it much.
Besides the graphics and campaign I am trying to figure out why people like this game. It is a step backwards in almost every direction besides the campaign and graphics.
IMO:
Spartan Ops is all together too repetitive
Matchmaking lacks the fundamentals that built Halo: timed respawns, static weapons and respawns, flag juggling, power pick ups
Forge: no where near as good as halo reach
Customs: No where near the options that previous Halos had.
Now please don’t attack me, I am simply stating why I don’t not like Halo 4 and trying to figure out why other people enjoy it.
