Might be a little old news, but Halo 4 won game of the year at IGA.
And for the people who said Halo 4 didn’t win GOTY for VGAs was because “it sucks”, but actually Halo 4 wasn’t nominated so it obviously couldn’t win, but it still won Best Xbox 360 game :D.
Well considering Halo 4 is the only xbox exclusive that was nominated,it winning best xbox360 game was a no brainer.
However it winning the IGA game awards was no suprise as well considering Machinima’s strong ties with the Halo Franchise (Inside gaming was Inside Halo once upon a time)
Congrats to Halo 4 343 has done a great job and deserves this.

Good, about time Halo reclaimed its rightful place at the top. COD must feel ashamed to lose the crown.
Lets hope 343 can get it for Halo 5 and 6 (unless of course another game worthy of the title comes out)

All I am saying is that if it is being recognized as best shooter and game of the year and COD not even being nominated then that is an indication that Halo has taken its place back. I don’t think I have seen COD nominated for anything this year and the IGN vote between BO2 and Halo 4 resulted in Halo 4 winning by a landslide.

no, Bungie would have done a better job though if they did make it.
Cod never won goty. Its always nominated but thats just because it has a large fanbase. It also still has more players that h4 at this time. I say we get some more players cause halo is much better that mw2.3

So you think that during the time that 343 & Bungie were together before Bungie left…that Bungie wasn’t making suggestions? Or that 343 was…asking for…OPINIONS?! Your kidding right? 343 made Halo 4 from the ground up? B**** please, the base for the game was practically there already. Not to mention the notes, art, and work that Bungie would’ve had to hand over to Microsoft aka 343.
Did Bungie finish the game? No. Did they come up with ideas/art/media that are shown in the game today in some form or fashion? Absof’nlutely…
