Okay the reasons why i think halo 4 was -Yoinking!- let down for one cortana dies the story dident match up as hmm let me think forunners was supposed to be humans (cough… “linage confirmed”) the guilty spark even said you are the child of my creator you’re forunners hmm okay lets talk multiplayer auto aim higher than ever before i understand you’re playing with stick so you need auto aim but not -Yoinking!- lock on umm when you get shot while scoped you dont get descoped hmm let me think what that was for let me dumb it down for you 343 if u has enough skill you can descope some one that is shooting at you which make it where you can scope and dodge bullets the -Yoink- you guys have is when you get shot you flinch and then you have -Yoinking!- perks cause you wanted it to appeal to cod -Yoinks!- god i just hope you die 343 game designers .

Halo 4 ain’t garbage. It’s a great overall package, with many flaws.
And yes the campaign was certainly lacking, I agree. I however didn’t lament the death of cortana so much as the pathetic ending and mediocre level design.
The multiplayer is a lot better than you give it credit for. It is the smoothest out of all the multiplayer shooters out there and the weapons are overall pretty awesome, just not optimally balanced. The update will help that.

So no sir he was not insane but his duty to protect halo was challenged by the chief and cortana.
3.Okay humans where not the children of the forerunners, they where the sister race to the humans. Both created by the precursors. So no humans can’t inherit the forerunners empire cause they never had it, hell thy where at war with it, by your logic we can inherit germany cause we where at one point their enemy.

Spark used to be human, not a Forerunner. And yes, he WAS crazy. He was confusing the Chief with the Bornsteller-Didact.

That makes no sense. The Forerunners left humanity their empire to reclaim, hence why all the important things are keyed to humanities DNA.

1 The things Guilty Spark says about Chief have never been explained until this point, so we now know when he says “You are Forerunner!” It refers to how the Librarian “planted seeds” that would eventually lead to Master Chief, among other things. So Guilty Spark is referring to how he is who he is because of Forerunner intervention.
2 Guilty Spark was a fragment of a ancient Human mind, not Forerunner.
3 The Forerunners were never even supposed to have the Mantle, Humanity was supposed to be tested for it but Forerunners rose up against the Precursors to become the dominant race. Honestly your logic here makes no sense, “they can’t inherit it because they never had it”? Anyway the Librarians work to reseed humanity is so they can claim the Mantle, and to succeed where the Forerunners failed.

COD in space? Really? Aside from a COUPLE of mechanics Halo 4 does not remotely resemble COD. It’s not even funny how different they are. Yeah the loadouts and ordinances are emulated from COD but the comparisons end there. Everything else Halo did first.

The Precursors told the Forerunners the Mantle wasn’t theirs, Forerunners nearly exterminate the Precursors, Precursors come back as the Flood and tell the Didact that humans will be tested for the Mantle and the time of the Forerunners is over.
