But seriously I do hope this game gets good scores because it does look very good. Also I hope that the money that’s gone into this game does work out for the best. Because once Microsoft knows that there investment was good, imagine how much money will go into Halo 5.

Read the link wrong, saw the 3 billion as being only Halo 4 when it is the franchise entirely.

although Im glad halo 4 is getting as much support (/money) as it has I find it to be even more disappointing, from the looks of it they would of been better off remaking halo 2 or 3.

I was giving a little example. No, I bought the LE, and that number is more accurate.
Edited: Oh, okay. Nevermind. I know it was franchise factor. Kinda like the Dodger Stadium situation.
Halo 4 cost around $20 Million.

Yeah, I hope it’s well invested. I don’t think that the budget is all Halo 4, but FuD, advertisement, starting a new company or something like were probably a factor.
For a collector the game is really expensive. You have to buy multiple versions from each retailer, the limited edition, and a separate multiplayer pass just to unlock all of the armor. It’s really off putting. I might as well just start pumping my money into Skylanders. At least then I get a physical toy.
Saw this earlier this week. A lot of work and money has been put into this game, it will come out as a game to be remembered.
Most of the budget went toward Master Chief’s butt-plate.
