Just an appreciation post to 343i, and a ‘I told you so’ post.
343 has been listening to all of our queries (need I qoute rukizzel?) and have given us this TU. Yeah it’s a small glance atm but I have every ounce of confidence in 343 to make this the turn around Halo 4 needs.

I always knew things could and would get better. 343i cares about this franchise and they want to give us great content whether that’s games, books, comics, ect. Plus there was already an instance with this series were things absolutely sucked at launch and got better over time. COUGH Halo 2 COUGH
It has gotten better, but I cant get any of my friends to believe me and get back on so whats the point; took way too long to fix the mess they created.

Great friends you have there…ones that don’t believe you. I think you and your friends need to stop being so negative all the time. Just appreciate what they are doing now to correct their mistakes and don’t take it for granted.
Thanks for linking my thread and actually for once I’m proud of 343. I believe Halo 4 can get to it’s potential in April and I have faith in the backend tuning system which I didn’t before. This Legendary Slayer playlist is the traditional playlist I’ve been hoping for. Now, I’m not fanboying or anything. Just saying I’m happy that 343 has taken our feedback, and that survey helped a lot I think too.

They are definitely making a lot of progress. There is still a lot to be done but it is moving in the right direction. I hope that action sack really takes off with some awesome community game types. I am intrigued by Legendary Slayer that they announced today
Is there going to be a local only search filter? No? Then I don’t care.
I have only noticed its main drawback ( shocking lag) to be getting worse as the population withers away.

Currently not doing a 360 turn around for me. Some improvements, yes. Will wait until I see the action when halo 4 gets updated.
Not stoked about csr, which we’ve known for a while and Halo Tracker had. Clans on Waypoint …meh, and I’m aware it’s not capable of being patched like many other things.
So I’m still waiting for Halo 5 to deliver. Not on the halo 4 so good now hype train.

Not a fan of that “you’re just spoiled” mentality. Why does wanting something a certain way automatically equate to being spoiled and why does this mentality not apply to those who don’t criticize 343 yet still ask for improvements? Granted, we’ve already gone backwards in the removal of ranks in Reach so the return of ranks at all is forward progress, but why not restore ranks to their full glory if you’re going to bring them back? May as well.
