These would be the playlists which I would play the most.
My wish is for there not to be playlists. I want to be able to select the gametype, map, ranked/unranked and be matched up with others looking for the same. With the ability to create my own rotations so I don’t have to choose every time.
Playlists just force people into maps and games they don’t want to play.

umm hate to break it to you the point of a playlist is to go to the type of game you want to play, I.E. if I want to play swat is go to the swat playlist. now I will admit you can get stuck on maps you don’t want but the first point is well pointless.

I doubt they will have Squad Slayer, MLG, Action Sack, Snipers, or Swat on day one.
Usually Snipers can be played in Team Slayer on day one as well as team shottys and other variants.
Halo usually doesn’t have many playlists at launch, and I actually like that; it doesn’t divide the community very much and everyone is just having fun.
Swat and Capture the Flag. I don’t care about anything else personally.

Hate to break it to you, but I don’t want to play Swat Magnums on Zealot, or Juggernaut, or Swat Stock Pile, or BTB CTF. When I go into anniversary FFA I don’t want to play living dead or TU Headhunter. I want to play Anniversary FFA. When I go into Invasion, I don’t want to play Invasion Slayer or Invasion Skirmish on Paradiso. I love multi team, but I don’t want to play rocket hog race, territories, three ball, or KOTH.

Playlists, again, force people into games and maps they don’t want to play. This leads to quitters, which we all know ruins the game for everyone. Let me pick which map and gametype I want to play.

A new idea I have had is month long playlists (ranked/social) which include things like DLC Brawl (akin to Halo 3’s Legendary and Mythic), Head to Head, DLC Big Team etc.
Then also DoubleExp weekend playlists such as Grifball, Infected etc.

I agree with F U N Z B O B. I like the separation between ranked and social playlists.
all i want is for these dumb -Yoinks!- to bring back team snipers
Exactly!! I literally sold my PS3, bought an xbox, bought a new controller, bought everything and a new Halo 4-- turns out the xbox couldn’t store Halo 4 on there. And so now I got the new hard drive for it and I’m ready to jam out with my new xbox live account and… oh wait, no team snipers!? WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT TO ME!!? Bring it back!! I hate the way it is set up now, there’s a sniper at the beginning of the game but you can never use it enough in a single match to get any good with it. Not to mention the moment you die, it takes like 30 seconds to disappear. There needs to be a team snipers playlist. What do you guys work for Obama? Is that why you’re all about gun control?
