Hi,I was one of the many players who participated in the Infinity Challenge by -Yoink!- Mobile. I was lucky enough to win one of the weekly challenges and when I got the email to fill out a form for the prize, the link it sends to says it’s not for the public. Anyone who has won a challenge know if there is a different form to fill out or if I’m too late for claiming the prize or what?
Have you tried contacting Microsoft, -Yoink!- gaming or the people who hosted the event or those it said to?
It may be worth trying as I am not sure how people could help here other than saying things like this.
I haven’t thought of that, thank you for telling me it. I just figured that other people might have the same problem and they found a way around it. I’ll try contacting them.
I have no idea about any of this, but just so you know:
I saw a thread like this posted a week ago or so, the person hadn’t heard anything back about their prize and at least 1 other person commented saying the same. (no one commented that they had received their prize)

Weren’t the prizes announced ages ago though, from the error it sounds like you missed your chance
Apparently when I finally read the email about claiming the prize, it was announced only 2 weeks earlier. I feel like people still are trying to claim their prizes but something is going on with the website.
