Halo 4 in Xbox One

good day.

I’m having trouble installing the Halo 4 game on xbox One.

It is the edition of the game of the year.
I have restored the data of the console, I change the region, I try with another xbox one and I get the error that is tried with a different disk since it can not be played.

In the same way I introduced it in a 360 and it worked perfect.

I hope you can help me with this problem that I have

I’d like to know why too. I preordered my limited edition. And now I can’t play it even tho it’s backwards compatible it says. This mishap is why I havent preordered any halo games in fear of a repeat issue.
