Hello members of the halo community, I have made this thread to address an issue / annoyance I have with Halo 4. This annoyance is due to the reason that there is no way to turn off in game music. I understand why it was put in at the end of games to make it feel more intense, but it can make hearing footsteps / shots almost impossible, which in a competitive setting is crucial. I am not asking for 343 to take the music out entirely for I know there are some people who have grown accustomed to it and that’s fine, all I ask is for the option to disable it. Hopefully this option could be added to the list of fixes that the TU plans to address for I cannot see it being a hard fix. If you support this idea please post and show your support so this thread gets bigger and hopefully 343 catches eye of it. And for those of you who oppose please post explaining why.
Thanks
I don’t know if possible in Halo 4, but try going to the options menu and turning down music.
Sadly, if you want to get rid of the music you’ll just have to turn the volume on your TV/Headset down.
I still don’t understand how they don’t have an audio menu with different sliders for voice, music and sound effects. I’ve played games on the Original Xbox that have these options.
Yes there is no option to take it off. I am proposing that they add the option to take off in game music.
