Halo 4 in 6th position? [most anticipated]

If you havn’t watched the GameTrailers top 10 countdown are you go: GT Countdown - Top Ten Most Anticipated Games of E3 2012

Now,why is it in 6th position? I mean isn’t it the “Big bomb” of the Microsoft press conference?

Isn’t Halo 4 the sequel of one of the best Sagas out there?

Ok,i can understand that Wii U is not even a game and so it shouldn’t count, but how is Assassin’s Creed 3 in a higher position?

Thoughts? (Notice the fact that CoD BO2 isn’t even in the top 10 XD)

i think halo 4 got #1 most anticipated game of 2012 in IGN.
plus GT is stupid for even including Wii-U.

Well, Halo 4 hasn’t really shown anything. We’ve had a slow, steady trickle of info, but it really hasn’t proven itself to be something special yet.

Most people don’t even know Halo 4 exists due to the lack of marketing. I’m surprised it even got that high.

Shouldn’t the lack of informations get you even more exited for it’s show at e3?

It’s at the top of my list and that’s all that matters.
Besides, GT have been going downhill for quite sometime now and I don’t take them seriously anymore.

Diablo 3 is number 1 in my book.

There isin’t that many people in the internet, who are waiting for the game that much, because of the news they have heard (Plus some people think, that the new trilogy is just useless). Maybe same applies to the GT staff? They don’t like the current news that much or think, that Halo 4 (And rest of the Reclaimer trilogy) is not needed, decreasing the anticipation of the game?

I agree, the lack of information makes each trailer and clip and announcement more awesome and exciting.

Quite simply because not everyone is as big a Halo fan as those of us on this forum are.

I’d say 6th place is pretty good considering the sheer number of games that are coming out this year/will be at E3 this year. Also who cares about top ten lists any way? They’re just easy ways for websites to generate some extra revenue, I’d be surprised if the person who wrote the script for that video even put that much thought in to it.

That only works for Halo fans, and only some of them.

You want to bring in new fans, and you want exercise the idea that your game is meaningful, especially when you’re an unproven developer. I hope their marketing stops sucking -Yoink- after E3.

It is already out…

Halo 4 hasn’t had a full trailer yet. Maybe why it hasn’t got the anticipation factors for non-halo fans.

Seeing how Halo 4 is an Xbox-exclusive, only people with that console are looking forward to it. It’s the highest console-exclusive on the list except Last of Us, but that is just b/c of Naughty Dog’s body of work in the past.

As far as I’m concerned a 10+ year-old, console-exclusive franchise getting 6th out of all the games that are going to be at E3 is a pretty good achievement.

No. Again, what exactly am I supposed to get excited about that makes me interested in Halo 4 before E3?

Maybe the fact that it is potentially awesome since it’s a sequel of the Halo trilogy?

But it’s already out…

I didn’t know consoles were considered games…

GT are consisted of people like you and me, because they think halo 4 is number 6 it will be number 6 to them, their opinion to me at least isn’t any better then any of ours, it just gets more publicity. Obviously it’s all number 1 to us

Well then they are doing pretty bad at demonstrating said potential. I won’t get overly happy just because it’s Halo. It could suck.
