Hello, I recently changed my gamer tag and I am unable to reenter the Halo 4 Infinity Challenge. It says re-register with a unique email address but I can’t change my Xbox live accounts email, So I still have the same one and can’t register. Anyone have this problem already and have some help?
Anybody have any ideas at least? I’d appreciate anything please, thanks.

Send a message to: support@virgingaming.com giving them all the details you can and they’ll look into it for you.
Either that or change the email associated with your tag and reregister. Either way, you’ve lost all you stats now and will have to start below tier 3 again.
You should have noticed the message above the leaderboards. It tells you gamertag changes are not supported and if you do change your GT, your stats will be lost.
