My Halo 4 Ending.
–On Requiem, The Librarian tells Masterchief that Cortana is essential to his ability to save humanity from doom. Tells him that the only way to save her is to have her persona implanted in the soul of a living body.
–Gives Masterchief the location of A device which can do so. It is located on an undiscovered Halo Ring.
–Before Chief can leave requiem he goes to a hangar to board a forerunner ship to reach the ring quickly. He is intercepted by a pair of War Sphynxes released by an unknown figure.
–Didact makes an appearance but it is obvious he is only a pawn to a greater enemy. Faber. Faber has reverse engineered flood biology and is controlling The Didacts actions through a type of hypnotic suggestion
–Chief escapes with the didact in hot pursuit.
–Chief Reaches the RIng and the device.
–Implants Cortana’s imprint into the body of a female forerunner who was mortally wounded in battle and who lies in a sarcophagus
–Female turns out to be the Didacts daughter. Didact is enraged that chief has broken forerunner tradition by disturbing the dead ( turns out she is not actually dead but in a long lasting Coma in Cryosleep )
–Chief and cortana in the physical form of the female forerunner attempt to escape while pursued by the didacts forces.
–The arbiter arrives with his own fleet and human fleet support to challenge the Didacts and fabers forces.
–Faber and Didact are outnumbered so they decide to call in a hidden fleet that is stored inside of a Shield world. In order to do so they reach a control room on the Halo. This causes a large portal to open and through the portal the shield world is transported to the center space between the ring.
–Faber and the Didact reach the interior of the shield world with Chief and human/covenant forces in hot pursuit.
–Chief, Captain Lasky and a squad of spartan 4’s take on the Didact and Faber in both weapon and Hand to Hand combat. All the Spartan 4’s are killed except for Sarah Palmer who recieves a jaw injury,rendering her unable to talk ever again; The covenant jokingly refer to her as the Female human version of their "Halfjaw; meanwhile eggheads worldwide rejoice. Captain Lasky Sacrifices himself to save Masterchief who is caught by Faber and Didact and who is about to be executed. Lasky wounds the Didact with a Human Sniper rifle before being Dissimilated by a scattershot hit. Chief escapes and reaches a support team headed by the Arbiter. They go after the didact and Faber to kill them. Chief recovers and beats the living snot out of the didact while Faber makes a getaway. Chief is overwelmed by a Watcher which knocks him off a high cliff into water below which is in a murky dark, foggy swamp. Didact and Faber Forces hunt chief down in the swamp as he struggles to reach open ground. Chief escapes and reaches a support team headed by the Arbiter.
–Turns out that the shield world was actually a trap and the fleet containing inside is flood infected. The forerunners who once controlled the fleet locked it away inside the shield world using security protocols before they died. The local gravemind inside tricked Faber into unlocking the worlds security measures through the control room so they could escape and infect.
– A fragment of Mendicant Bias exists aboard the Flood infected Shield world and helps Chief and Arbiter escape via comms after they reached the security controls to try and send the world and infected ships back into a security lock formed by a giant slipspace bubble. They do not interact with Bias directly or even know it is him. They just know that their is An AI presence in the ship who is friendly and who is helping them by sending the remaining uninfected Sentinals to their defense and help them upon locked containment doors in order to escape.
–Faber is captured and assimilated by the flood. The didact escapes and is wounded. his fate is unknown.
–It turns out that 343 guilty spark was recovered by faber as guilty spark had downloaded a copy of itself to an installation before being destroyed on the Ark.343 attempts to stop the flood from escaping onto his ring and is caught into the closing portal being put into a splipspace buddle security lock with faber, the shield world, the ring and the flood.
–The arbiter dies trying to save the human fleet from the onslaught of the flood as he nukes a flood infected ship about to annihilate the UNSC infinity. Chief Escape from the Flood infected ships and shield world in an epic End run inside of a forerunner Assault ship. He escapes the flood infected fleet, infected covenant vessels including banshees, and gets through forerunner flood infected defenses before getting his ship outside of the closing slipspace bubble just before it closes
–The main portion of the game ends. Cortana survives but is still unstable. Her physical form meets Dr. Halsey who is mezmerixed by her transformation.
–Masterchief vists the memorial from the end of Halo 3 and adds lasky and the arbiters names too it. Chief takes a knee out of respect and mourns their deaths as cortana comforts him.
–After the memorial sequence Chief is on top of the Unsc Infinity as it hovers in the clouds in its docking station on earth. Suddenly A giant explosion happens in the upper atmosphere as a huge Construct appears in the sky.
–The construct is the shield world from before and it opens up with massive forerunner flood infected ships forming an invasion force. Responding covenant carrier are wiped out in seconds as they egress the station.
–Scene cuts to a Flood infected 343 guilty spark who creepily chatters “hahahah I AM a genius.”
Game ends with a cliffhangar///
Legendary ending:
Cortana converses with the Chief and Dr Halsey as they speak about knowledge of a forerunner AI that can help them survive the the flood onslaught which is close to overwealming earth. His name is Mendicant Bias. Cortana shows Chief the location and that Mendicant Bias is located deep in the center of the Flood infected shield world. They discuss how chief will basically go on a suicide mission to extract Bias as he is capable of defeating the flood infected ships. Right now the Fragment of Bias shows he is able to communicate but he is trapped in a special slipspace lock prison by Faber in the shield world and is only able to communicate and not take action to help them. Cutscene ends with the facility under attack as they wrap up and get ready to move out. Scene ends with Chief grabbing a weapon and violently ending the life of a flood infected forerunner who assaults them.
Screen Fades to black.
