Halo 4 has 100,000 Pre Orders! With over a year till release this game should get 2 million+ pre orders!

but people should be more wise, putting money on a game they know NOTHING about is dangerous, would you waste 60$ on a crappy game?
as much as i trust 343 in continuing the HALO saga, i need to see what the game has in store, before i pay them money

This is an incredible statistic, however vgchartz.com has a horrible track record of having incorrect statistics. Until I see some concrete numbers from Gamestop or 343i, and not a third party website, I’ll take this with a grain of salt.

When a title says Halo 4 people know what to expect. and 343i Will obviously do a good job. or bungie would not have given them the Franchise,

Uh, actually, no. No-one knows what to expect. We all thought the same for Halo: Reach, and look how that turned out. In fact, that’s precisely why I’m not just blindly dropping money on Halo 4. Bungie caused me to be uncertain of any new Halo title in the future. Will it be like the older Halos, or will it basically be Reach 1.5?
Until I see gameplay, and not a teaser/announcement trailer, then I can make my decision.

i think people give vgchartz to much heat. they can be off by a bit sometime but they are usally pritty. close. Like for instance they predict what the npd will be be every month and 3/4 they are closer than patchter. However there most inaccurate stuff is by far their pre-order data. Also there europe data can be off by a lot.

Lol, I love halo and im gonna get it, but it just seems a little early to buy a game that is pre alpha with developers that have never made a halo title before…

ahahaha blindly? Haven’t you seen the employee’s working for 343 industries. It’s not a company full of newbies, they hired allot of pros from all these differen’t companys like EA, pandemic, bungie and allot more. This list is something. Plus they have frankie directing the development of the game which means there is a extremely high chance it will be similar to Halo 3 rather then reach.
But yes I would rather wait for the limited edition and pre-order it instead. But the main point that you guys all blindly looked past that Halo 4 is suprisingly popular no? Awww too bad for those cod fanboys. Get a real game like Halo, don’t talk to me. It’s the -Yoink-.
