This player is somehow using a headless avatar, which makes headshots impossible.
Photo of my TV as proof: REDACTED
I hope this player is permanently banned from Xbox Live. Cheating should absolutely not be tolerated.

Yes hackers are scum, but you cant call out people/indivduals its against forum rules and will result in this being locked.
He/she will be banned through the normal way, posting here wont impact that.
I’m just gonna say before this gets locked, if for example, you do get thousands to report this guy, it won’t get dealt with any faster, if one guy gets ten reports for modding, and some other guy gets one, the guy with ten won’t get any priority in terms of dealing with the issue.
Just file ONE complaint, and leave it at that.
EDIT: Hopefully you’ll be happy to know they are permanently banning those who do this from Xbox LIVE, another player was called out commonly here, and he’s got Code of Conduct slapped on his Xbox LIVE account’s personal info
Even if it is an accident, they should have noticed by now. Seeing as the avatar has not changed yet, and the player has played several games with the hacked/modded avatar.
This is just ridiculous and I honestly hope this does get patched soon and the player gets banned.

I think you’re going a bit far, don’t lose your head.
This ‘3LIS3’ person just wanted to get a head off the competition.
Don’t go being headless about it, you’re being a little headstrong.
You don’t see anyone else charging headlong onto the forums to complain so why should you?
I’m not going to stop cracking these puns whenever I see one of these threads.

Mod-Wannabe The obligatory forum -Yoink!- that resides on every single forum of the internet. They will call you out on anything that is even slightly against forum rules, like posting a picture that is an inch too large, out of the hope of one day being given moderator powers on that forum.
I personally feel it’s a greater crime to NOT call the player out, the community should be alerted to folks doing these things. This is a rule I’ll never understand.
I understand the frustration as I’m a fellow gamer as well, guys. But we highly discourage calling people out EVEN if they have broken rules because we don’t want to encourage a mob mentality here. See someone who has modded content? Report them over XBL. That’s what it is there for. Trust me, the hammer will catch up to offenders.
Keep it clean!

Like I said, letting the community know won’t change a thing because the community doesn’t have the power to investigate this or change anything other than continuing to make threads like this which are against the rule anyway :-/
The better way to contribute is to file reports against the offender on XBL.
