No. The discs included with the Halo 4 GOTY edition are no different from the ones released at launch. You’ll have to download the second half of Spartan Ops and the various map packs.
Already got that and Bullseye downloaded, luckily. But the latest updates and the Season pass will take a while, so there’s those I still have to do :P. Thanks for the notification, TF.
