Is Halo 4 Game of the Year edition going to be on demand downloadable?

I own all the DLC but would love to support 343 and hook up my friend with my Halo 4 disc so I can play with him. So the 39.99 (or even 59.99) would be worth it to get rid of having to mess with the disc! The exclusives don’t hurt either (nerd alert!)…
