On August 30, I received a message from the official Xbox Live Gamertag saying I won a prize in week 5 of the tournament, but when trying to redeem the code I got for “Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn” tells me that the code is invalid.
This was mentioned with Xbox Live support and tell me what I have to settle with 343 Industries.
How I can fix it?
