On August 30, I received an Xbox Live message saying I won a prize in week 5 of the tournament, but when trying to redeem the code I got for “Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn” tells me that the code is not valid.
This was already mentioned with Xbox Live support and they tell me what I have to solve with 343 Industries.
How I can fix it?
