I made this thread for all those people wondering, when they will get their next information about Halo 4.
IGN confirmed confirmed on their german site, that Halo 4 will be shown at the GDC.
They didn’t say what 343i is showing, but if you take a look at the rumors, about the “perks” and all the other stuff, I’m sure they will talk about multiplayer and how it will work.
If somebody finds the english article I will update this post.

Basically, they just say, that Halo 4 is confirmed to be shown at the GDC and that they have shown, the first look on Halo 4 on Halo Waypoint.
Well if you have Google Chrome, it asks if you want it to Translate the page.

Look at the headline and then say it again. 
I think what you meant is, that it is now opened for everybody. The last two days it was only for the press, behind locked doors.

Yeah MOAR?!
I would prefer to see more about the multiplayer in general and about the weapon system, like hitscan or bullet travel and maybe a short campaign trailer.
Similar to Unreal Engine 4, I’m sure Halo 4 is being shown off to select members of the press and developers behind closed doors and under a strict NDA.
Anything shown off there we probably won’t hear about for a good amount of time, unless things leak from the show, which may happen.
Frankie said they’re not going to be showing any new Halo stuff at GDC.

Maybe you are right. Basically, we just have to wait.
Frank did say he was going to explain the perks and try to lessen those rumors about what they actually do.
