What did everyone think about the Halo 4 Global Championships? I thought it was amazing and the production was great on Finals Sunday. So, should 343 host more events like this leading up to H5/next Halo? I personally think yes. Discuss below and please keep it clean and friendly. 
The production value of the finals was fantastic. The stage was dope, Jeff Steitzer gave us all his announcing glory (Jen Taylor too!), Goldenboy and Bravo did a fantastic job casting, ect.
Hopefully we get more events that are hosted by VG, Microsoft, and 343i because Halo needs it. Microsoft with all of its resources and marketing power can help build a competitive scene on the level that Riot does for LoL or Blizzard with Starcraft.
Well I never actually botherd with the H4GC intially.
However I knew the finals would be cool.
I was alittle late to watching (just coming up to the semi’s as I tuned in) but from what I saw from the Last 4, I wish i’d watched more.
It was really intense battle between great players. Great to watch.
Also the production quality was amazing today.
I was rooting for Ace, although I didn’t expect him to win. But he did!

Hands down the greatest Halo tournament I have ever seen. A 4v4 tournament would be absolutely amazing. The event as definitely restored a lot of my faith in 343 and their dedication to the competitive scene.

I definitely hope there are more events to come. Thoroughly enjoyed watching these finals.
I started playing Halo from day one and was always use to it being a competitive E-sport aswell as a great story and franchise. Only came back recently from a few years playing World of Warcraft and glad to see 343i are committed to restoring it to its former glory.

343 has my full respect for doing this.
FFA’s were a lot more intense and exciting that I thought they were going to be, seeing a 4v4 tournament next year would be insane. Really hope 343 can think about putting that on the cards
It was amazing! My only gripe was that singing. Ugh.
They should for sure keep this up. Developer support for competitive video games is essential these days. A 4v4 tournament would be incredible!
As long as the opening act isn’t another abysmal rap attempt, I wouldn’t mind watching more of them.
Anyone know what the numbers were? There were some twitch streams getting a few thousand, but I’m not sure about the numbers on xbox live and halo waypoint.
Next Global ChampionShip will be with the New Halo Xbox one probably.
