Sorry if this has been asked before but ive searched the forums & cant find the answer to my particular problem and hoping you can shed some light on this for me.
One of the main reasons i got the Halo 4 limited editions was for the “arctic weapon skin” And i hoped & prayed the dlc code i got would that, as i heard there was other ones imay get in the box depending on which shop i got it from.
So the big excitment proceeded & to my great surprise when i opened the box - i got it! or so it seemed, but after some bouncing up & down with excitement it wasnt apearing in my menus only the pulse armour.
This is the dlc coupon i got :

The problem, is only the pulse armour skin is available to in the menu, not the arctic weapon skin or the emblem (which i dont mind).
What i’d like to know, is the arctic weapon skin that is on this DLC flyer/coupon supposed to be part of this particular package, i.e on the DLC coupon as above, it shows 3 things - Pulse armour skin, Arctic weapon skin, Mjolnir emblem. Therefor am i supposed to get those three things or is the emblem & weapon skin just on their for display purposes to show what he can get to go with the armour later on, i.e. earn in the game.
Ive read about the server glitches which can be fixed by redownloading (ive tried twice), and clearing the xbox cache (havnt tried that yet.
But id just like to first know if im supposed to get the arctic weapon skin if its on my DLC coupon.
