For those of you who have played CoD:Black Ops, you know what I mean, for those who haven’t…
In Black Ops, the player was given a large assortment of shapes to choose from.
Ranging from simple squares, to well-detailed helicopter or dog shapes.
The player was able to move, rotate, scale, color, and layer each shape.
The game allowed you to have a max of 12 layers.
Here’s a few examples…
Anyways, I think it would be very cool and fun to have that same emblem system integrated into Halo 4.
The good side is that it would draw in that much more attention.
The bad side is that some people abuse this and make perverted and inappropriate emblems.
What do you think Waypoint? Would this be cool, or bull?

I got to agree with this also. I’d rather not play Halo and see images like the ones I have seen on Black ops.
I just want an option to toggle emblems on your armor, so that you still have an emblem on your nameplate but not on your armor. Adding tons of emblem options is just a waste of disc space IMO, I’m fine if the past options return with a few new shapes. I’ll even admit that I’d be fine with no emblems at all.
Hmmmm… It seems that no one wants to choose the “cool” or “bull” answers?
Halo emblem’s should stay as they are personally, all they have to do is add more icon’s and possibly a tertiary set of icon’s (currently it’s just foreground and background) and possibly the ability to change what layer order a icon appear’s?
Don’t need detailed icon’s either.

I’d like more options for the emblem. I do however see the potential abuse of emblems as stated about other games. Sigh, that’s what you get for more customization.
I still vote for more customization though.
