It’s the go-to heavy weapon for the Covenant, so I don’t see why it wouldn’t be in H4. Grunts love em.

I know we don’t get to play as the Elites, but other Covenant weapons are returning, so I think that’s a weak argument to say the Fuel Rod Gun isn’t returning because we can’t play as Elites.

Maybe but im fine with just ROCKETS

The FRG is the only really heavy weapon the covis have. And since we’re fighting covis, even in large vehicle battles, I’m sure the Rocket Launcher equivalent will return.

I don’t think it was in CE, but it was in Custom Edition…

Anyway, FRG is my all time favorite gun. It better come back.

Bring back the lock on feature for the fuel rod cannon. There’s no reason why rockets have the future, but the fuel rod gun doesn’t.

The gun was useable in the PC version of Halo CE (no, not the modders edition). Only in multiplayer, of course. Oh, and there was also a flamethrower.

And it’s canon to the Haloverse (no pun intended). Hunter’s have them mounted onto their arms; Grunts like to shoot too close to the ground and asplode with them.

Plasma Rifle/Repeater = Storm Rifle

In a way, it’s still here, but just in the form of the Storm Rifle.
