Can I get that in Blu-ray in my limited edition?? But seriously I’m kind of a blu-ray snob, kind of want the option.

Xboxes use the standard DVD format. I doubt there will be a blue ray edition for the extended cut within the LE.
The Limited Edition comes with a digital-only code for you to download for your Xbox. You’re gonna have to wait a couple of months until the series is available for DVD and Blu-Ray.
It will probably be viewed on the Halo Waypoint app on the Xbox 360 for efficiency purposes or you might be able to redeem a code and download it.
