Halo 4 Forward unto Dawn special edition HELP

I purchased the limited edition of H4, among the codes that came with it was one for the H4FuD special edition. I entered the code on my 360, and followed the instructions but never received a notification allowing access. When I visit way point on my pc I see the FuD link but when I click it I am notified that I can only “access this area if I purchased the limited edition of Halo 4” which I have. I tried re-entering my code and got a message telling me that the code had already been redeemed. I entered the code via xbox live on my gold membership associated with this way point identity and e-mail. I am not sure who to contact about my issue, any advice or a nudge in the proper direction would be most appreciated.

Did you load up Halo Waypoint on your Xbox 360 first? It will notify you telling you that you have access and then you can watch it on via the Web.

I have loaded way point through H4, Xbox dashboard, my 2 computers, and a third computer using my friends isp. I have also tried deleting and reinstalling way point on my xbox. This morning before my initial post I attempted to re-enter the code (which didn’t work) and access way point via H4 disk 1 and got no message, I am not able to even see the link on way point when I access it via my 360.
