From what I have seen the new additions to forge look amazing. The magnet feature is going to save me tons of time on lining things up and I can think of endless possibilities of how the player trait zones and gravity zones can be used. Ravine looks great and I can’t wait to see the other two forge environments.
What would you guys like to see the other forge environments be? Snow? Desert? Jungle? Other?

I’m very excited about the new Forge, and I’m glad they split Forge World into 3 Forgeable maps. Hopefully there will be variety between them, not just in the size and design, but the environment as well. I’d personally like to see a desert-like map, but not like Sandtrap. More like an Arizona-type desert. I’d also like to see a more jungle-like territory. I’m personally tired of big arctic maps, so hopefully they’re a bit more original in their designs. However, I’ll enjoy it either way.
I am thinking jungle is a big possibility since we saw Master Chief going through a jungle when he met the Prometheans. A desert would be interesting. Snow would also be cool(the cool was not intentional).
space map, I just feel that the dark and mysteriousness of space always suited halo very well.
I honestly was surprised that they’re doing as much with halo 4’s forge mode as they are, I mean halo reach’s forge might have had its faults, but by no means was bad.
I’m very impressed with what I’ve seen from halo 4’s forge mode and I wouldn’t mind if it didn’t have any other additions except for the ones we’ve already seen so far.
another thing I would like to say is that the intended purpose behind the magnets is really cool, however its the way it wasn’t intended to be used that’ll make the magnets so awesome.
I’m glad we have three forge environments without grey objects. It’s not repetitive and boring and we’ll finally be able to create proper maps again.
Anyway, I’d definitely want to see a desert map which features that new ‘Mammoth’ vehicle. And for the last one I don’t really mind if it’s a snowy map or a jungle map.

Perhaps a desert map, like Sandbox or Sandtrap, a snowy map, like Avalanche and Snowbound, or a volcano map?
First thing I want to say is sorry about the double thread, it gave me an error when I made the other one and I made this one not realizing that it had actually created the other, please don’t flame me for that.
I do like the idea of a space oriented forge environment. Would make some crazy low gravity maps doing some space fights. I also think a jungle would be cool as opposed to arctic or desert. Certain Affinity has been doing great so far. I look forward to seeing what else they have come up with.

No. you intended on using “cool” because you typed and posted it. What you mean is “No pun intended” for the word “cool”
I don’t think the lock feature is very useful but the magnetism feature certainly is!

How can you possibly not think lock is useful? Don’t you want to lock an object in place once you have it positioned & rotated just how you want it? Don’t tell me you’ve never accidentally moved something when you didn’t intend to, or applied a rotation snap to it because you forgot you had left them on, or deleted something because you thought you were targeting something else (ok, this last one will be fixed via the new highlighting feature, but it’s still a possibility).

This. So much this. Space would be the perfect Forge environment.
As for the third environment… we’ve had Human and Forerunner, so how about a Covenant-themed map? High Charity would make a great setting.
Snow! Snow! Snow! I have always wanted snow forge world! 
Hopefully when we get mp dlc we get a bonus map, not just any map, a different/bigger forge world.
Space, snow/forest/mountain/ice(better looking halo reach forge world), jungle, desert, tropical, enormous cave system, volcanic environments.
Simply an environment that looks like New Zealand.
