So i know this game is kind of old, but im getting back into it after 343 -Yoinked!- me over. Anywho, why the hell can’t i change the loadouts of the spartans in a Flood game type. (NOT THE ACTUAL FLOODS’ LOADOUT, I KNOW THIS IS AN ISSUE) Im talking about the survivors. In the default Flood variant, the players who ARE NOT the flood can pick different loadouts, which all have the same weapons, but different armor abilities. But after I went to forge and made a very cool map for a specific style of play for flood, I found out that I cannot get the loadouts that I set to be available to choose at the beginning of the game. I also noticed that in the game options under base player traits, it says “Allow custom Loadouts = Disabled” and this option is un-bolded and I am not allowed to change it. What am i doing wrong?? It is honestly driving me up the wall. Or is it something 343 so glady took out of our ability to change and further ruin Forge for this franchise? Thanks!
Have you tried saving the actual War Games Flood gametype and using that in custom games? The online War Games variant of Flood is different to the on disc version due to the TU and other such changes.

Both Hivemind and Last Stand should give you those abilities.
