So, what do you guys think? All Microsoft would have to do is make it so you could only play Halo 4 on the PC if you have Windows 8 and that way they wouldn’t lose money whether you played Halo 4 on the Xbox or PC.
They’ve already stated many times that this game is an Xbox 360 exclusive.
No Xbox ‘720’ or PC system versions included.
More likely they’re posting the requirements for what is needed on the 360 to experience the entire Halo 4 package. The lack of said requirements led to a bit of a kerfuffle for some consumers who were angry for being misled when it came to Reach not being fully accessible on all 360 sets up at the time of its release.

YouTube is just as outrageous compared to us as we are to NeoGaf. No thanks.
On another note, the picture in the third link that it may be referring to is a picture of Master Chief from Halo 4 on a Windows laptop.
The way that is possible is simple: It’s photoshopped. Secondary reason: Using an adapter, you can hook up an Xbox 360’s visuals to a computer, and play using a GamePad PC Controller. However, the “System Requirements” for this are that you must have a gaming graphics card (G Force Series is best).
However, the other “System Requirements” would be because the Xbox requires a certain memory space to retain saved games or downloadable content. This was also seen on the Halo 3 release page for the Microsoft Store, and we all know that there is no official PC version of that game. Not everyone has an External Hard Drive (HDD), and not everyone has a Kinect console with 4GB’s of space. Microsoft is required to appeal to the world, not the one part of the world that can afford to buy a new console for running a game.
