INTRO
For years I have sought out for the perfect survival game type scenario for Halo.
-In 2007 we all Experienced Halo 3’s Infection, a beautiful addition which lead to millions of helpless victims being swarmed by undead hordes. Using the Shotgun had never felt better.
-In 2009 Halo 3: ODST was released which gave us once again a new flavor to halo, Firefight. Take on uneven odds as you hold your ground against countless waves of covenant troops.
-In 2010 Halo: Reach gave us a 2.0 of everything we had anticipated, adding new twists and mechanics to our awesome game experience.
But there is always a thirst for more… right? (AND NO WE AINT TALKIN 'BOUT INVASION!)
Halo 4 | Flood Mode
There will be two basic teams. One Spartans (Human), and the other Flood (Infected).
Simple right? well it gets better.
-The goal of the Spartans is to rack up as many points as possible killing the flood and Survive.
-The Goal of the Flood is to get to and eliminate the Spartans at any cost, even if it takes numbers.
N00b: Well doesn’t that sound like a regular game of infection?
SharpShooter0x1: wait! there is more!
N00b: ლ(ಠ益ಠლ)
The points that the Spartans earn will be used as Currency/Credits or Cr, Cr will be used to purchase weapons, armor abilities, weapon attachments (Halo 4?) and whatever might be new from Vending Machines (Which will be accessable between rounds). Cr will also be used to seal off Obstacles like Doors, Vents, Windows and other Pathways (Each of these will have their own durability bar which will give out under excessive damage by the Flood.
The points you have on your person to spend will not be kept, but your total score will be remembered over time.
So say you may have Cr-250 and spend Cr-75. Your score will still stay 250 but you’ll have Cr-175 available to spend in your wallet.
Rounds
-Flood Mode will consist of unlimited or set rounds, between the rounds you will have access to vending machines. You will have 1 minute to complete a purchase, once the timer reaches 0 you will be locked out and unable to use the
machine until you eliminate 3 waves worth of Flood (1 Round). (Continued)
