Armor effects have not been confirmed in or out yet.

Nothing out on it yet (probably not until after the game comes out), but I hope so!

thanks guys ! i want that blue flame one but i missed bungie day last yr ! i think its cool to have your head on fire but sure is hot under there !

I hope armor effects aren’t in. It was amusing seeing someone’s head on fire, or confetti explode from someone’s body the first few times, but it got annoying pretty quick

I can tolerate armor effects, but I really hope anything similar to that “yay” confetti crap doesn’t see the light of day in this game.

I sure hope so. I always wear my legendary orange flames in reach and I would love to have it in halo 4!
