Halo 4 fall back hopper problem

I have been having this fall back hopper problem for a long time. It has been happening since January 2014 and I am REALLY FRUSTRATED! I cannot play halo 4 for more than half an hour before I am disconnected from the main servers and put into the fall back hopper where there are only about twenty people playing. The fallback hopper has only default gametypes like, slayer, btb slayer, koth, regicide and ctf. I also cannot play against my friends because they are connected to the main servers. Spartan ops doesn’t work either. I cant level up on the fall back hopper.
I have contacted 343 about this problem before and they said check with your internet provider to see if there is a problem with my connection. There is nothing wrong with my connection and matchmaking used to work fine before this problem started.
I have been playing halo 4 for a long time and it is my favourite game but sadly I think I will just have to stop playing if this problem doesn’t get resolved.

If anybody knows the solution to this problem it would be much appreciated.

You being put into the fall back hoppers isn’t really something 343 can resolve for you. As has been stated to you already, its seems you have some kind of internet connection problem at your end. That is why the fall back hoppers exist, to allow people who can’t connect fully to the game to still play basic game types.
