I’m getting a message that is saying I am banned from earning exp this is now day 2 of it and I’m getting pretty frustrated. How longnam I banned for? And what for? There was no explanation sent or anythung .

Looking through your Halo 4 Game history on 11/11/2015, you quit / were booted from/ lagged out of six games. That is a considerable number, and is probably the reason why you earned your EXP ban in the first place. The Automated banhammer checks for patterns for people who quit/are booted from/lagged out of games and will assign either a temporary matchmaking ban or an temporary EXP ban to players who do this a lot in a short period of time. Hate to say it, but your ban is justified, you earned it through your actions.
If you want the ban to be lifted, stop quitting/ being booted from/ lagging out of games. You already have a DNF for one game you played today. If you keep quitting games, your ban will not be lifted and may even be turned into a matchmaking ban.
