For over a week now I’ve been experiencing problems with my Halo 4 profile appearing correctly when on XBox Live. It appears to show that I am only rank SR-1 and when starting a new matchmaking game or custom game it only has the default loadouts not my custom ones. If I play offline it shows my proper rank, loadouts and armour customisations. Loading the Halo Waypoint app on the xbox reports an error connecting to the server when trying to bring up my stats.
I tried to view my profile & stats from the Halo Waypoint website and it times out saying the Halo Waypoint Service is experiencing a problem and reports an error: 64c459a7-2826-48d0-903c-11c0cc43e3fd. I tried from a 3g mobile connection as well and have the same issue, but different error number. This has been happening since around Saturday last week and is frustrating the hell out of me!
I can check my Halo Reach stats without an issue, it’s only affecting Halo 4. Others in the house are able to view their stats without any problem at all, I appear to be the only one affected. I doubt this is related, probably just coincidental, but it happened after I had been playing around in Forge creating some custom maps. I’ve gone through all the settings but can’t for the life of me see anything that would cause any impact on this.
Can anyone offer some assistance?
