I was trying to change both my Halo 4 character and even my emblem. The character saved but the emblem did not on. Anyone know why this is the case or how to fix this solution? Trying to change my Halo 4 emblem but it won’t save for Halo Waypoint!
Hmm…for the armor and emblem to update on Waypoint, you gotta play at least six matches so the changes will be fully save.
I’m not sure if that will help, but that’s how I figured it out in the past.

One of the moderators told us you need a hard drive. Ask a trusted friend with a hard drive to sign into your account then update your armor and emblem(like change the color to whatever then back to the original. Worked for me, look, my fotus is updated. So I think you just have to at least get on Halo 4 with a hard drive with your account on it. I don’t know why but it works.

Halo 4 uses the hard drive to cache and store the altered image and save that image to our services used by Waypoint to display the update. Unfortunately without a hard drive, this update process does not occur.
