Is it safe to pre-order as soon as it is possible or they can say on a later date…“oh and if you pre-order from Gamestop you will get an additional…”?

It’s possible. I remember that BF3 did something like this a month before release.

There is a gamestop 1 mile or 2 from my houses :smiley:

Pre-ordering from gamestop is usually a safe bet. They sometimes have special armor only avalible at gamestop.
