Halo 4 Double XP

I live in Las Vegas, NV and the only H4 edition products I could find were the 20oz / 2-liter Mt Dews. I was specifically looking for the Mega XP Doritos in Walmart since they are the cheapest way to get double XP (12xp @ $2.68). The next cheapest way to get double XP is the 2-liters (12xp @ $5.12).

I was wondering how the double XP is calculated. Do you get 2x XP every time XP is earned during the game or do you get 2x the accumulated XP at the end of the game? Also, can XP modifiers be stacked or are they all calculated at once? For example, say you’re in a double XP weekend match (assumption) while you have a dew XP code applied toward it plus you have ‘fast track’ (I assume 1.3x exp) on. Will you get 1.3 x 2 x 2 = 5.2x XP for the match?

I entered a code from a 2 liter of mountain dew and only got 3 matches, weird I thought. Maybe it was a glitch or your just wrong.

You missed out dude, earlier at about 11:00 AM EST, the dewxp.com site glitched up, I had 84 pending games that I was trying to apply to my account.

Clicked apply, it added 84, but didn’t take mine, by this time I only need about 20 more to be at 200, so I submitted 20 more, it made me hit 200 and left me with the 84 Double XP. So I used them all on Contest entries.

I assume the site glitched and applied the Double XP to my gamertag but didn’t pull it from my reserve. So since I get my hands on a TON of codes, I’ll send you a PM on here tomorrow with some. I’m addicted to gamefuel, bought 4 cases today, and about 10 big bags of doritos.

@Wickenheiser: Each 2-liter costs $1.28. I multiplied that times 4 to show how much it would cost to get 12 XP.

@fragydig529: You can have up to 750 points per account. Keep the codes for yourself if you want to have a better chance at winning the prizes.

Really though, the odds of winning are EXTREMELY slim, I’m messaging you over 5 codes that contain 3 double XP games each.

i live in kentucky and i havent seen 1 big regular or mega xp bags of doritos and no game fuel at all only the regular mtn dew versions. i really want soem game fuel lol

Willing to mail a case, I’ve bought it all from the local Walmarts around here. They’re sold out because of me HAHA!

I didn’t even know they had 2-liter H4 products. But they share the same caps as the 20oz, and are usually cheaper, so they should be worth the same.

2-Liter Mt.Dew products were never 12xp games they were always 3, makes little sense but that is how it is, best cost effective way is to buy the 24 case of Mt.Dew or at least in my area. 3xp for 20oz @ 1.69, 6xp for 12pack @ 3.89, 12xp for 24pack @ 5.98

I also live in Las Vegas and i have been to like 5 different wal marts and cannot find the mega XP doritos bags anywhere

I’ve only entered 1 code, it was from a 24 pack of Mountain Dew.

From what I understand in the rules, you are alotted GAMES. You aren’t alotted POINTS.

I currently have 12 games pending (which I won’t apply until I play Halo 4 Multiplayer). Once I push those games to my gamertag, the next x amount of games I pushed will give me Double the XP for things I do in game. So if a kill is worth 10 XP, then it would be worth 20 xp (I have no idea what kind of XP values we get at the moment, for now I’m just assuming that any points earned in the match through medals and etcetera are also xp points a la Call of Duty).

I couldn’t find the Doritos either, I assume they’re just not in stock yet, but who knows? Codes may even be valid long after the launch of the game, so you could likely keep buying soda and chips to continue getting games of double xp.

A 2-liter where I live is $1.28… I multiplied that times 4 to get $5.12. That’s 12xp total. A 24-pack of Mt Dew costs $7.98 were I live so ya… And I’m pretty sure the most cost effective way to get double XP is to get the H4 Doritos from Walmart.

I think that they have to cycle through the NFL Doritos.

You can apply the points on your account either to games or prizes.

You know the site says not to push the double xp time towards your GT until you have played at least 1 Halo 4 match online…right?

Called customer support. They said ignore that bit, you can apply matches now.

FYI - If you enter too many already used codes, they lock your account from making entries for 24 hrs.

time to visit walmart with a pen and paper LOL> I bought a few Mtn dews just to help get started…i think anyone thats maxing out 200 games is a bit insane but kudos to them for spending that much money on them =)

I was worried about this too, and also confirmed with customer support. You can push the codes to your GT now.
