halo 4 does and donts

OK SO HERE IS A LIST OF DO’ES AND DONTS FOR 343i .
DO’ES
1 Fix the coordinant glitch from reach. This is probably the most annoying glitch in reach, i mean the box say’s there perfecly equal but you look and there not .
2.Openable doors, opperating elavators, ect. this is somthing i have tried to do myself but cant get it to work . 3.terrain editor. Basicly this allows you to put a hill on this side of the map and flatten out the other. One way to do this is to have the entire map out of the GRIDS from reach.
4 Forgable trees, water, fire, ect. This almost completes the forging expirience.
5 pelicans and phantomes. Now before anyone says UNSC frigate or covenant corvette, that would be extremly hard and would probably take up a whole disk, however, i would like to have a map that lets you go everywhere in a covette or frigate but fliing them would take up quiet some disk space.
6 ''skins" for certain objects, such as you select a wall piece and select forunner, covenant, unsc, flood, damaged flood, damaged unsc, damaged covenant, damaged forunner and simply red, blue, green, ect.
7 WEATHER FX I CANT SAY IT ENOUGH. DONTS
1 Dont destroy forge by doing something no one wants :). leave your comments below.(because if you leave your comments above this wont be the main post anymore).

Don’t:

Post in all bold and italics.

Lol.

I have a better idea with the star ship thing(at least I think its better). Why not have star ships like the small ones but make them much smaller like to the size of 6 basis in forge world or something. Maybe just make a new type of star ship that is already that small?

Do’s: Allow us to add epic music for when the game is on, have it start/end etc. edit it using forge, kinda like special FX. Weather effects. The ability to shape the world. e.g. Have some kind of different places in 1 forge map, e.g. forgeworld has canyons, islands, etc. Have everything flattened out, except for stuff that is really needed, like perhaps a cliff to alaska, or the mountain on the island. Once it’s all flat, have the ability to add ‘points’ to a small area which will move at will. e.g. Add one point to a flap place, grab it and pull it high up to make some kind of stalactite-like thing, add more points and you can make a hill. No rocks unless their really needed, let us add it in forge.

Add more canvas maps, from which we can build using different textures. e.g. have a desert forge world canvas, and we can choose textures, e.g. we can build a human city in the desert, or a covenant outpost, using the same pieces with different textures. Or, we could have a human city base for us to use the human textures easily, or create a covenant camp there as if they have invaded. Have some canvas maps on halo rings/the ark/forerunner stuff, maybe we could build a flood experimentation center in a ring.

Add working doors, elevators (Grav lifts are kinda bad gameplay wise), a preferably vehicles+weapons. Also, add some fun stuff, like a toilet bowl or a trampoline, or gangplanks. It could make fun stuff.

Don’t: Add useless limits to each object. Have a budget (preferably larger than the current/have the pieces cost less) that will limit lag, but is larger (technology should be able to add more disc space and computing powah), and then have the ability to use any object piece until you have no more money.

@OP: Pelicans and Phantoms + Frigates and stuff would need more computing power, and also will need alot of memory.
However, you should be able to place these stuff in maps, possibly for stuff like Invasion.

The OP post makes me laugh.

Terrain editorz PLZZZZ!!!1

updated

Man, you read my mind! Forge is just…boring now. It needs an uplift and it needs it BAD! I spend nearly all my Reach game time playing Forge and I’m tired of the same look and feel it gives off while I’m building and after my creation is finished. Sure, Reach’s forge was a massive upgrade from Halo 3’s Forge, but c’mom, not to be disrespectful, but I think I could have had some better ideas for Forge before Reach shipped out. A terrain editor is exactly what I’m talking about. Grass, dirt, sand, rock, trees, hills, water, fire, and all that other cool stuff you see in maps designed by the creators themselves. Whenever I play Forge, I feel beyond limited to the awesome and creative things I could build and create. A map designer for video games is what I’m good at and Forge is an awesome way for me to get my creations out there for players, but like I said before, “FORGE NEEDS AN UPLIFT…BAAAAAAAD!”

nightmarej17…signing off!

we could probably have a entire game devoted to forge. theres so much potential

Like I think you’re absolutely right!

MAY HALO BE PLAYED UNTIL THE LAST XBOX DIES! HALO FOREVER. FORGE FOREVER.
