As im sure you all know, halo 4 has a variety of dlc matchmaking achievements. But the dlc maps are never in rotation so it makes it nearly impossible to obtain these achievements i think it would be great if 343, implemented a dlc playlist for players who still enjoy playing halo4
DLC playlists have been added to Halo 4 in the past, they even made one playlist DLC required for a while, but population was just too low in them that they were eventually removed. Your best chance of getting achievements is to run matchmaking with a full party, all having DLC. That will increase your chances of playing the maps
The maps are in rotation, but you need to have a complete party of players who all own the DLC for them to show up. There are multiple threads like yours all over Waypoint. Try getting in touch with those players who have been posting the same issue as you and try and get a game organised so you can play those maps.
I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. They need to just make all of the DLC maps playable for everyone. Nobody’s feelings would be hurt and it’s not like 343 is making much money off them anymore.

That would solve a lot of issues and I’m sure it would increase the player population for halo 4 also,
This was a weird occurrence for me, but all the Crimson DLC achievements popped at once one time I loaded up the game. That happen to anyone else?

Not when i loaded the game, but a while back I played my first match on a Crimson DLC map in a very long time. Once the match was over I got credit for all the corresponding achievements that I hadn’t previously completed.

343 released a patch some time last year I believe (or the year before) to fix some issues with achievements, the end result was that it unlocked most of the DLC specific achievements for certain maps packs if you had played on the maps. I don’t know if this was intended, but hey free achievements. I think I was only legitimately missing 1 or 2 that should have popped

Lol 3 years later and I still can’t play what I paid for…and probably never will. Oh well; I can just play around with forge.
I tried getting the achievements that came with the DLC but could never find a game, thankfully 343 did the RIGHT thing and gave me all the achievements except for a few, luckily I have all but one which is “shocking” but I still can’t get it so please fix this! (By adding a playlist)
