As some of you know there is a couple pieces or Armour for halo 4 that isn’t available without pre-order, Dlc’s or promotions, the only problem is that you have to live in the US for all of these promotions, i know that is where 343 industries is based but it isn’t very fair to the players in the UK or anywhere else. i know this is probably exaggerating but the double xp codes with mountain dew/ Doritos could be classed as cheating as it gives other players more of an advantage. but that isn’t really my problem, i just find it a bit annoying that the best looking helmet in the game isn’t accessible unless i pay for a code on eBay which i am not interested in. If any 343 staff are reading this, would it be possible to create a promotion globally because i don’t want to spend £600 (960$) just to fly to america, buy an iPod touch 3rd gen just to get a single code.

I live in China and got the Limited Edition, and used all of it’s codes, just fine.
i dont think you understand what i mean, im not saying the codes work im saying that there is promotions for different armour codes which the PROMOTIONS to get them arent available apart from in the us for example the King of the Hill app to unlock the locus helmet
I think you have a valid point. I read many posts from other countries and not only do they miss out on DLC, but also sales, products themselves, and special promotions. I wouldn’t be opposed to seeing a DLC preorder bundle released, as all of them are on disc, and some of them are really cool.
I think depending on how the second season of sparton ops works (if it is DLC to purchase) should contain more codes for the classified terminal in waypoint to unlock most of the DLC armour just a thought

343 have said that they are considering releasing them in different ways. They may be released as DLC or something somewhere down the track.

krymsonhalo, i was trying to keep this as a serious discussion without the immaturity, but that apparently failed and halo experience? oh please i have played and completed every halo game yet, ive played all of them on legendary solo . and by your profile you have played the campaign only on solo normal and you are only 300 kills positive, i am the same rank as you and not nearly as poorly playing the game maybe you should return to barbie it is closer to your skill and experience.

Double exp isn’t considered cheating nor should it ever and let me explain why you need to drop this line of thinking.
Let’s take two extremes, the typical bad random that always seems to end up on your team with double exp. Even with the DMR, ammo and Firepower, his poor awareness and aim will void any unlocks and advantages he gains. Therefore, not cheating and gains no advantage.
Now, the good player who wrecks your -Yoink-. Sure he’ll have things you don’t have but it wouldn’t matter because the gap in skill means you would lose if he was using the Carbine…drunk. So the advantage here is in favor of the skilled player, not so much because said player used double exp. Therefore, double exp isn’t the deciding factor of win; the skill is.

Some guy crying cause he can’t play dress up with his Spartan made disparaging remarks about my Halo play. What ever shall I do? It’s so unfair! I should make a thread about it!
Im a player in the US and i feel for it how all these cool armor pieces are promotion but i mean, there’s still cool armor in game. like recon or mark VI. trust me i know the locust helmet is worth it and all but its almost impossible to complete without having an android. I wish i had the limited edition but i sadly ran out and so im just gonna have to live with these bad armors. So all i gotta say is just keep going and wait for DLC or something
TC, often times when a promotional event is not included in a particular region, it is because the laws of that region make it not worth the promotors time.
That is one of the things they teach business students, EVERY NATION has its own laws regarding how business may be performed, and they all have different tax laws.
It is more likely that your region is the problem, rather than the marketting team at 343 just deciding to be -Yoinks!-.

It could be a bit of both worlds really. 343, prior to launch, weren’t exactly descriptive in the details of all these bonuses.
That crap lead to the whole Recruit Prime armor debacle among other trivial issues. True, many fans should have freshed up on critical reading skills but at times, they seemed very vague…and silent. I don’t know how many fools i had to lecture the difference between an armor skin (what you got in the LE) and the armor you get as a default Spartan (just Recruit with no skin).
A critical hit: i understand what you mean, maybe cheating is the right word, although it tends to be only the pro players that will keep on top of double xp but its more that all the people have paid for the game should be eligible for the promotion not the ones that happen to be where 343 are situated and krymsonhalo maybe you should because you arent wanted here if you havent got anything constructive to say apart from just being an annoyance.
BWO arbiter i understand fully from a business view but as a consumer shouldnt we all be treated equally whatever tax problems there is. sorry i cant discuss this in as much detail with you as i would like because i didnt take business i took science and maths A-levels 
To be honest krymsonhalo i payed for my copy of halo 4, which for me as a player means i can do anything i want with it, if it improves my gaming experience, and if that is trying to get full armoury completion, then not you or anybody can tell me that i’m wrong, if i want to mod the game i can, but i dont because in my eyes that would ruin the gaming experience by removing multiplayer for myself. so before you start telling me to stop crying about it and its just clothes that give no advantage how about just putting the game down completely because that is all it is for, enjoyment.
